The Atlas Bipod BT47-NC PLUS PSR Tall No Clamp with ADM QD ARCA Mount is a B&T Industries bipod.

Bipod is a No-Clamp (17S) interface: two-hole pattern 1.100 in with 10/32 threads; also mounts directly to the BT19 AI Spigot or BT70 M-LOK Adapter. With the included ADM QD ARCA mount the package attaches to 38mm ARCA-Swiss rail forends (adjusts for larger 40mm widths).
