They were out of stock when I ordered it but they let me know the whole story with why and got it delivered pretty quick (4-6weeks sooner than anybody else )I bought this to put on a savage 110 elite precision , it’s built very sturdy very impressed with the quality , I don’t have much experience with other bipods other than the generic stuff along the lines of Harris etc. but leaps and bounds in differences definitely worth the money!
I recently bought this as a gift for my son, so I can not make any claims towards longterm durability. Installation is stupid simple. If you own a flat head screwdriver and can remove the factory handguards, you’re good. If you have some thread locker, you’re even better. Once installed, handguards are extremely solid feeling, and the integrated qd sockets are a nice feature. These are inevitably compared to the KAC M4 RAS. The only negative difference I can come up w/ is the lack of a heat shield. I don’t know how much that matters, but I’m betting it will be a nonissue.
