Warranty

Products sold by D&R Sports Center are covered by the warranties provided by their manufacturers. We do not offer a separate store warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and length are set by each manufacturer and vary by brand and product.

Manufacturer warranties

Most of the optics, sights, lights, and accessories we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. Many optics brands offer strong coverage, and some provide limited lifetime warranties on certain products. The specific terms — what is covered, for how long, and what is excluded — are determined by the manufacturer and are included with the product or published on the manufacturer's website. We recommend keeping your order confirmation and any warranty documentation that comes with your purchase.

How warranty claims work

Because warranties are provided and honored by the manufacturer, warranty claims are generally handled directly between you and the manufacturer, which repairs or replaces covered products according to its own policy. This is usually the fastest route, since the manufacturer services its own products. If you are not sure where to start, contact us at support@dnrsports.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will help point you to the right manufacturer contact and process.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, that is handled under our Return & Refund Policy rather than the manufacturer warranty process. Contact us at support@dnrsports.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

What is typically not covered

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation. Check the manufacturer's warranty terms for the exact coverage and exclusions that apply to your product.

Product registration

Some manufacturers ask you to register your product to activate or extend warranty coverage. If your product includes registration instructions, we recommend completing that step promptly.
