These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dnrsports.com and any purchase you make from D&R Sports Center ("D&R Sports Center," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The documents that make up our agreement

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, each as published at those addresses. Those four documents are the entire agreement between us and replace anything said before. Where a conflict arises, the Privacy Policy controls on the collection, processing and disclosure of personal information; the Shipping Policy controls on processing times, delivery and export restrictions; the Return & Refund Policy controls on returns, exchanges and refunds; and these Terms control on everything else.

If you have reached a copy of any of these documents at a different address on this site, the version published under /policies/ is the operative one.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products, pricing, and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions, specifications, and prices accurately. Errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information, including after you have submitted an order, without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to cancel an order after it has been placed, for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, export control or shipping restrictions, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the cancelled items.

Our payment processor and the Shopify platform run automated fraud screening on orders, which may flag a transaction for review. A person at D&R Sports Center makes the final decision on whether to accept, hold or cancel any order. If an order of yours is cancelled and you believe that was wrong, contact us and we will review it.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only, and we do not export. Processing times, delivery estimates, carrier handling and our export control terms are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. If you have any problem with an order — including a question about a charge, a product, delivery, a return, or a refund — you agree to contact us first at support@dnrsports.com and to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

A chargeback does not follow our Return & Refund Policy and can delay or prevent a resolution. We consider a chargeback filed without first contacting us, or a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described or that falls within our published policies, to be improper. Examples include disputing a charge for an order confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking, disputing a charge for goods that were kept and not returned, or disputing a charge that you in fact authorized.

To defend against improper chargebacks we keep and use order records, including order and billing details, the IP address and device used to place the order, email and order communications, and carrier tracking and delivery confirmation. We use this evidence to respond to and contest chargebacks we believe are invalid, in accordance with the applicable card network rules. This processing, the categories of information involved and how long we keep them are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) cancel any open or pending orders; (b) refuse future orders and close your account; (c) recover amounts owed to us, including the disputed amount, chargeback and administrative fees, and reasonable costs of collection; and (d) report suspected fraud to the card network, our payment processor, and appropriate authorities. Where a refund is warranted, our Return & Refund Policy remains the fastest way to receive one.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your card network. Its purpose is to encourage you to raise concerns with us directly so that we can help resolve them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. It forms part of these Terms and controls over them on any question about personal information.

Compliance with laws and regulated products

Many of the products we sell are optics, sights, lighting, and related accessories. Laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of these products vary by federal, state, and local jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws that apply to you. By placing an order, you certify that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items in your order at your shipping and residence address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe may violate applicable law.

Certain products, including some riflescopes, night vision and thermal imaging devices and laser aiming products, are subject to United States export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations. You agree not to export, re-export or otherwise transfer any product purchased from us in violation of those laws. The full export control terms are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Product use and safety

You are responsible for using all products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. D&R Sports Center is not responsible for misuse of any product.

Articles, buying guides and other educational material on this site are general information only. They are not professional, legal or safety advice, and they do not replace the manufacturer's instructions, manuals and safety warnings. Always follow the manufacturer's documentation and all applicable laws when selecting, installing or using any product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is the property of D&R Sports Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission. Product names, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Products may still be covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, which are provided by the manufacturer and not by D&R Sports Center. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&R Sports Center and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&R Sports Center from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product or the site.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of the state in which you reside that cannot be waived by agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this address with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
