The BCM RSM-1913 is a quick-detach sling mount for AR-15 and M4 rifles, clamping to any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.
Clamp-on rail accessories have a reputation for creeping, and a sling mount is the worst place for that to happen because it carries the entire weight of the rifle every time the rifle hangs. Bravo Company USA's answer is a non-rotational locking interface with eight indexed positions, engaging two lugs and a single 1913 slot. Once torqued, the socket cannot rotate around the rail and the mount cannot walk along it.
The body is machined entirely from steel and stands just 7/16 in (11 mm) proud of the rail, so it adds a sling point without adding a handful. A hex wrench is supplied for fitting.

Compatibility & Fitment
Fits any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail with a free slot — a quad rail, a rail ladder on a free-float tube, or a Picatinny section added to an M-LOK handguard — on AR-15/M4 rifles. It needs two lugs and one slot to seat correctly, so leave that much rail clear where you intend to mount it. A push-button QD swivel is required and is sold separately.

How much rail does it need?
Two lugs and one 1913 slot. That is a small footprint, so it will fit on a short rail ladder as well as a full-length quad rail, but you do need that much clear space at the point you want the sling to attach.
Is a QD swivel included?
No. The mount supplies the socket and the swivel is a separate part. Either the 1-1/4 inch QD sling swivel for 1-1/4 inch slings or the 1 inch D-ring version will click straight in.
My handguard is M-LOK. Can I use this?
Only if you first add a Picatinny rail section, such as the BCM 3 inch Picatinny Rail Section. If you would rather not add a rail, the BCM MCMR QD Sling Mount bolts directly into M-LOK slots and does the same job.
