These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at dnrsports.com and any purchases you make from D&R Sports Center ("D&R Sports Center," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products, pricing, and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions, specifications, and prices accurately. Errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information (including after you have submitted an order) without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to cancel an order after it has been placed, for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the cancelled items.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. If you have any problem with an order — including a question about a charge, a product, delivery, a return, or a refund — you agree to contact us first at support@dnrsports.com and to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

A chargeback does not follow our Return & Refund Policy and can delay or prevent a resolution. We consider a chargeback filed without first contacting us, or a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described or that falls within our published policies, to be improper. Examples include disputing a charge for an order confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking, disputing a charge for goods that were kept and not returned, or disputing a charge that you in fact authorized.

We keep detailed order records — including order and billing details, the IP address and device used to place the order, email and order communications, and carrier tracking and delivery confirmation — and we will use this evidence to respond to and contest chargebacks we believe are invalid, in accordance with the applicable card network rules.

If you initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) cancel any open or pending orders; (b) refuse future orders and close your account; (c) recover amounts owed to us, including the disputed amount, chargeback and administrative fees, and reasonable costs of collection; and (d) report suspected fraud to the card network, our payment processor, and appropriate authorities. Where a refund is warranted, our Return & Refund Policy remains the fastest way to receive one.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your card network. Its purpose is to encourage you to raise concerns with us directly so that we can help resolve them.

Compliance with laws and regulated products

Many of the products we sell are optics, sights, lighting, and related accessories. Laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of these products vary by federal, state, and local jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws that apply to you. By placing an order, you certify that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items in your order at your shipping and residence address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe may violate applicable law.

Product use and safety

You are responsible for using all products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. D&R Sports Center is not responsible for misuse of any product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is the property of D&R Sports Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission. Product names, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Products may still be covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, which are provided by the manufacturer and not by D&R Sports Center.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&R Sports Center and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&R Sports Center from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product or the site.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
